Terms of Use

Last updated August 18, 2026

These terms govern your use of Qevatrix Trademark OS. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.

The platform is software, not a law firm

Qevatrix Trademark OS is a software platform operated by Veritas Prism LLC, the limited liability company that runs Qevatrix.com. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Using it does not create an attorney-client relationship with us. Clearance scores, deadline calculations, office action analyses and AI assistant answers are informational tools, not legal opinions. For advice about your specific situation, consult a licensed trademark attorney.

Registration outcomes are determined solely by the USPTO. We do not guarantee that any application will be accepted, that a mark is available, or that a refusal will be overcome.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including actions taken by members you invite. Workspace roles — owner, admin, member and viewer — control what each member can see and change; assign them carefully.

Your data and content

You keep ownership of the marks, documents, notes and other content you put into the platform. You grant us the permission needed to store, process and display that content in order to provide the platform's features, including sending the text you supply to AI model providers for the analysis features described in the Privacy Policy.

You confirm you have the right to upload the specimens, exhibits and correspondence you add.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the platform to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights.
  • Do not attempt to access another organization's workspace or data.
  • Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the platform's output as a competing data service.
  • Do not interfere with the platform's operation, its security controls, or its connections to USPTO services.
  • Do not present the platform's output to third parties as legal advice from us.

USPTO data and accuracy

The platform retrieves public USPTO records and computes deadlines from the dates in your record. Data may be incomplete, delayed, or superseded by later USPTO activity. Always confirm status, dates and documents against the official USPTO record before relying on them. Statutory deadlines shown in the platform are calculated estimates; you remain responsible for meeting them.

Availability and changes

We may change, add or remove features, and the platform may be unavailable during maintenance or because of a third-party outage, including USPTO service outages. We provide the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, missed deadlines, abandoned applications, or refused registrations arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

You may stop using the platform and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required to protect the platform or other users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Veritas Prism LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the platform will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent tosupport@qevatrix.com.
